Music & Arts

Music is a vital ministry of Second Congregational. Worship services feature a diverse selection of choral, organ and instrumental music of different styles and periods.

The Chancel Choir, a 1902 Hutchings-Votey organ, a Steinway grand piano, four octaves of handbells, handchimes and timpani add joyously to our worship experience.

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir sings every Sunday from September through June, and on an occasional “pick-up” basis in the summertime. The choir rehearses on Thursday evenings at 6:30. For more information please contact the church office (563-3379) or via e-mail at music@secondcongo.org.
