Men’s Fellowship (Spirit on Tap)
About Spirit on Tap
This men’s fellowship group was recently formed and is open to all men in the church, members or friends. Its purpose is to give the men of our church opportunities to bond in Christian fellowship and to serve the church and the wider community. Some of our activities are open to both men and women, such as the recent trip to the Farnsworth Museum to see the Shaker exhibit.
We meet on the second Saturday morning of every month unless notification otherwise is made known through “Snippets” or announcements.
Spirit on Tap is stepping up this fall to assist with yard clean-up! If you would like help with raking your yard, please contact Mark Hamilton.
Other Events and Projects
It is hoped that for some of our informal monthly meetings we may either eat a breakfast at the church or a community restaurant. There will always be coffee and some “goodies” at every meeting.
There has been some talk in the group about cutting some fallen trees at a designated location to provide wood for church folk for next winter.
“Spirit on Tap ” welcomes ideas of service projects from the congregation to be considered. We hope that more men will join us- the more the merrier and the more we can get to know our church brothers as we serve God and God’s world.
